****Please Inquire before booking about bringing pets, we are considering allowing them on a case by case basis. Designed with families and groups in mind, the cabin features a huge open-concept living area that's perfect for gathering after a day of exploring. Challenge your family to a game of pool, enjoy meals together, or simply relax in the warm, inviting atmosphere. Step outside and discover everything the area has to offer. The river is a 5 minute walk from the cabin, with great fishing, and nearby swimming holes provide the perfect way to cool off on warm summer days. Pinecrest Lake is only a 5-minute drive away, where you can enjoy boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, fishing, and relaxing on the beach. During the winter months, adventure is just around the corner. Dodge Ridge Mountain Resort and Leland High Sierra Snowplay are both only 10 minutes away, making it easy to spend the day skiing, snowboarding, sledding, or enjoying the snow with family and friends. The cabin also features a unique family-friendly design: the Primary Bedroom and Bedroom 3 include a concealed connecting access through their closets. This allows parents to easily check on young children during the night without having to go downstairs and back upstairs. The connecting doors can be closed from either side, so each bedroom remains completely private when not in use. Bathrooms Fresh towels Shampoo, conditioner & body wash Hair dryer Hot water Outdoor Amenities Large deck Outdoor seating BBQ grill Parking Parking on-site up to 5 vehicles in the summer Up to 3 vehicles in the winter Driveway is kept plowed in the winter Entertainment & Connectivity High-speed Wi-Fi Smart TV Pool table Board games Occupancy: We will allow up to 11 guests, however, we recommend no more than 8 adults. The home has a standard electric water heater. Running multiple showers, laundry, and the dishwasher at the same time may temporarily deplete the hot water. If that happens, it typically recovers in about 30 minutes. **Security Camera We have one outdoor security camera, it is on the side of the house and faces the driveway, not the deck area. This is important to our ability to monitor that the driveway has been plowed for guests after storms, and that trash cans have been taken in and out for trash day. Please let me know if you have questions.
